I disagree, Ottawa did a real mess when they legalized cannabis, amateur job (stock shortage, poor quality, etc) So I think they're taking more time giving their new licenses, they rushed and failed, now maybe they'll be more cautious. Anyway most of their friends (Liberal Party funders) made their money with the cannabis rally on august and now relaxing on taxes paradises
