RE:No News is Good News....Well said. Anyone that has followed the company over the last couple of years knows they usually miss every deadline, and then somehow manage to squeak it out at the last possible moment. They gots heart I tells ya!

Following from what you are saying, the NR on Oct. 26 said they have until November 23 to seek a remedy. On November 23, they have new NR saying that extended until December 31st. It would have been courteous of them to say something on that date, if not right proper. Which would lead one to believe "no news is good news" because they are still working on the remedy and have lost track of time because they haven't left the negotiating room.

Early in 2019, the same story persists. $UR is either going to be a success or die tryin'.
