RE:RE:MERGE OR SELL ???sell : With loans held against the  asset's the price would  need to cover the loan ,and then what ? 

Sell the Cdn assets  would be smart , if there will be any buyer's and then its going  to a give away  price .

Keeping the Texas asset's have the upside ,but the cost  will be in millions with fast declines so they need  good price's to drill..

But I am sure  the real problem is If they sell more asset's  how are they going  to the  MILLION'S in WAGE'S???

They  need to cut the pay to performance level's , this is the new trend for Ceo's who do not  care  about the sharholders.

If the stock  drop so should  there salary ..
