RE:RE:RE:ZUM issuer bidsPandazzle, what I see is strictly based on the financial reports and the comiany’s news that should be governed by the regulations/laws. So I assume they are truth.
As I indicated in my previous post,
at the end of August 2018, ZUM had total assets of $50.1 million; total current assets (i.e. cash and cash equivalents) of $21.6 million; and total liabilities was only $9.5 million. With total liabilities at only CA$9.5m it appears that the company has been able to meet these commitments with a current assets level of CA$21.6m leading to a 2.25x current account ratio. For Media companies, there’s a sufficient cash cushion to support business growth in long term (besides the company has total assets of $50.1 m and this may be converted into true value as a plus). In terms if my view, ZUM has strong fundamentals with great potentials. However, I do share your opinion regarding to the management. If the management keeps their promises for increasing shareholders’ value, we could see the share price jumping up someday soon.
Please be noted that this is only my opinion and it is not any investment advice. Always do your own DD.

Assuming that the above reflects the truth, it is difficult for me to understand why the interest in the company is almost nil for so many years. If there is a problem with management, surely it would be recognized by now if indeed the stock value is not adequately reflected. If there is an issue with management until it is rectified no one would want to buy in with a poor management team. Even with the buy back, there is likely to be hurdles if it is mismanagement. Unless there is a change in management the interest will remain low. I am just hoping that the company will have some kind of explanation as to why the stock price is so low for so lone. If it can't answer that then I can only assume that the real issues are not being addressed. It's easy to say that the true value for the stock is not being reflected so ZUM please offer an explanation to us shareholders.
