yeah.... I am however being optimistic that they can get permits for heavy loads.. tri drive dumps with quad pup dump trailers.. definately the way to go. doug ford says ontario is open for busiess though so im sure it wont be trouble. otherwise yeah, you are right .. 20 tons at a time and a bit of a wash . We'll see!
