Hi all,
This looks like your typical public company benefit where you can purchase shares at a slight discount to market. Most publically traded companies offer this as a benefit to their employees. I work for a publically traded company and every year we are allowed to buy shares at a 5% discount to prevailing market price. If you look at the purchase price for Tony and the other employee, the shares are purchased slightly below where they are sold. Tony netted about $150,000 or so?
I think the issue is being overblown honestly.
