RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:DividendYup, just my opinion but I see us moving into the 75 to 80 cent region in 2019. We have seen more interest in this small REIT in 2018 and this will continue this year with more volume and price movement. 2019 will see more acquisitions and deals made and probably an increase in the dividend. The coming slowdown in the US & Canada will mean interest rates will stay neutral or drop which is favourable for REITs. I started a position here way before anybody even noticed FRO and have been adding since in the low 50 cent range. Future definitely looks promising.
