Patents are "worthless" folks. China doesn't respect patentsCompanies like QNC have spend $$$ on legal fees when others don't respect their patents.  Not cost effective to chase after that, especially for a small company like QNC.  China loves to steal or lets say "borrow" patents.  QNC needs big time contracts "before it goes bankrupt"....not just patents.  GLTA.
