When ROI uses it's positive c/f to offer occasional special dividends: The market will be
very likely to give the stock a multiple. Any multiple would add a serious valuation bump to this adventuresome income play.
btw. The patent litigations look a lot more like the entire cake than the icing on top.

In my view the risk is quite low now compared to prior years but the upside is quite large. I wonder how shareholders would feel about a .10 cent dividend on a stock trading at .06 cents. Could it happen??
