Puzzing

PuzzingLike others, I am virtually certain that PEA was assured of the German loan guarantee. They never could have consolidated the IKM deal without being able to prove to a few crucial parties that even though not yet granted, they have the guarantee.

It is possible that they do have the guarantees formall approved and signed, and this is what they have been showing (only) to this handful of "parties." If that is true, it just raises a new question- why are the loan guarantees not publicly announced. I know the German govt is not eager to acknowledge this. OK, but what good is the delay (and it would have been quiter to announce during the holidays).

I dont thik it makes a bit of difference whether they have been verbally or in writing assured the loan guarantees. The bottom line is that it is not becoming public, despite the boost that would give to PEA.

I get they have no reason to care about the SP. But announcing would substantially boost the project in every way.
