Bayer is in Germany and I read somewhere if any of these companies want to bid for tender in Germany for Cannabis licence they should partener up with an lp (because one of the rules is to have certain export which Aphria had to australia and argentina). And it was mentioned that the partner will no be disclosed untill tender process is awarded. So my guess is that Bayer or Orion are in play for that and that cannot be announced now... The reason I believe that is Aphria moving in Germany heavily like they know they gonna win. They have a powerful partner there... If this short attack wasnt surfaced by now, we might have heard more about it. Of course these are all me connecting the dots. I dont have factual information
