I expect that legally and for transparency , Aphria must release their earnings report on Friday first followed by the JV announcement next week. It cannot be thought that the partner knew of the earnings before it was released publicly. 
And I suspect that the rebuttal and/or independent director reports  will be released before Friday .
And Yes, I did see all this in my lucky crystal ball. LOL
