RE:RE:RE:Insider Trading Agree with Looneytunes, though FDA submittal was somewhat a non-event ...it was already imminently expected and brought no intrinsic value which could in and of itself explain the up-and-down. Then again, seems like we may be revisiting a new base for SP, still bit too early to tell. Value of recent warrants was perhaps the annoying thing from management here as it created a subjective low base!?...
It was there before the update.
Sometimes, more shares can also mean more means for a faster commercialization and faster increase in sales, though like everyone here, I can obviously not begin to see sales of CSS quickly enough!
NASDAQ listing could also mean more interest from south of the border where the real money is which would mean an increase in share price. Though higher pink sheets volume vs TSX already seems to indicate there is. This would also mean accrued interest from analysts, though one would suspect there is already a lot of interest in the background.
Re. insider trading, the updated investor overview on website states on P.22 that FDA submission occurred on Jan. 3rd, which would explain last Friday's pop. Perhaps the news becomes public on the FDA communication channels before it does from the company? Or maybe it was absolute insider trading!?... If it does become public on FDA first, maybe there is a way to know for their (hopefully) approval? Only thing I see is this page for medical devices:
https://www.fda.gov/MedicalDevices/NewsEvents/default.htm
And not sure which comes first and won't be sitting refreshing the page all day long. LOL THen again, surely we'll know pretty quickly from the fluctuation in SP and volume when it does happen.
For now, real question will be what Trump will pull out of his hat tonight. Will he use pseudo "national emergency" to try to by-pass congress to feed his egomania and build his wall? He knows this would feed the Trump troups and he could gloat on "delivering" on his promise (though Mexico would not pay for it) for his re-election (scary times). At which point the Dems would use every avenue to oppose via legal system ...one way or another, the shutdown can not go on much longer, too much at stakes for economical and political reasons. It's a little above me to try to comprehend what Trump's announcement might mean to the shutdown and the FDA, but we'll soon find out.
