Salvage value

Salvage valueI followed maxar's fall but never touched the company. At this point I am looking at the potential outcomes: -Try to get back on foot -Sale of a division (most likely?) -Last resort, bankruptcy I'm trying to find out what is the *maximum loss in worst case scenario* that to me would sound like liquidation of assets. What would be the net cash remaining if the firm sold all its assets to pay back the debt? Would there be anything left to shareholders? What would be that value per share? The idea is that I could be comfortable purchasing shares but only at a price of maximum loss worst case scenario. How would you estimate the true salvage value of the nearly 5B in goodwill and intangibles? How to know the market value of those assets?
