Blind faith

Ignorance
it may mean uninformed about a particular subject: An ignorant person can be dangerous.

Myopic
lacking imagination, foresight, or intellectual insight.


What Im trying to relay:

Foresight
the ability to predict or the action of predicting what will happen or be needed in the future.

Prudence
the quality of being prudent; cautiousness

Judgement
the ability to make considered decisions or come to sensible conclusions.

What I think we are all trying to accomplish:

Due Diligence
a comprehensive appraisal of a business undertaken by a prospective buyer, especially to establish its assets and liabilities and evaluate its commercial potential.

We all go about it from different angles I suppose...
