No escrow here- voluntary lockup with full release in a year (116 m shares).assuming 20.5 m from placement not likely in play, leaves maybe 8 m or so plus a few m wts on the market.
this could be tricky one. Aside from pp, all shares issued under 25 cents.
Appears to be decent group behind this but the cse flippers can get rowdy and irrational.
I expect that avante (v.xx and a good play on it's own) will end up acquiring a larger stake here (if egos don't collide) with maybe a merger down the road.
Side note- wish they weren't on cse but i guess if willing to sniff at U.S. operations than no choice.
