(Not to mention the bargains they get compared to where SP will go if even just some of PEA goals are met.)
I would imagine Alfed & company see Electron Capital as a double edged sword- not an ideal situation from their perspective. But its a symbiotic relationship- where would PEA without Electron Capital's "support"?
So barring any other sugar daddy's to go, Alfred probably does not see it as a bad thing that Electron Capital is given the ongoing opportunity to build their holdings on the cheap.
It will be interesting to see if there has been a signed granting of the guarantees by the Germans all along.
