RE:Finally A small blip in volume because some people are taking a chance on this Ontario lottery is not considered good volume. The volume is very low. 

The traders are pushing the SP just past the downtrend to sucker buyers in. Then the wall comes down and brings thre SP with it. 

Technically, this stock needs to break $0.20 on high volume to become bullish. There will be no demand for this stock which means low volume. With a flood os US companies listing on the CSE, there is just too much variety to invest in and Canadian Retail looks cheap, but has no growth potential right now.
