RE:RE:RE:RE:sigh of reliefYou make no sense. Assuming EVERY financial litigator in the US files a class action on Aphria then why would Aphria turn around and launch an action on SOL?? Nobody put a gun to Aphrias head and told them to buy the assets. Besides this has all been vetted with the exchanges and legal teams. Some time has passed as well and we have not heard of any regulatory body coming down on Aphria, SOL, or Andy D... 

The only thing that I can see happening here is the SOL and Aphria losing credibility for what happened and that credibility never returning. Assuming that scenerio then what? They replace the management? SOL sells off all their new assets?  

End of the day we have a $4 + valuation that I cant see going anywhere at this point unless these assets  SOL  aquired and invested in go to S*** or the entire US cannabis market gets prohibited.
