Below response from the lawyer looking after the CCAA process for Aralez " Dear Sir, The shares of Aralez Pharmaceuticals Canada Inc (APCI), a subsidiary of Aralez Pharmaceuticals Inc (API), were sold to Nuvo Pharmaceuticals. The transaction closed on December 31, 2018. Upon closing of the transaction, the CCAA proceedings with respect to APCI were terminated, but the proceedings are continuing with respect to API.
