RE:ZenithThis is the old story of what are shares of a company which is not traded worth.
the 63 cents or so is what I believe some broker who puts buyers and sellers of small holdings of small numbers of shares has been known to put a buyer and a seller together at.
I would not under any circumstances sell my shares at 63 cents (let us qualify if I owed money to the mafia who would literally kill me if i did not pay up then I might sell).
on the other hand I believe that DM has arranged for a big buyer to buy a goodly number of shares at $2.50 to get a few million dollars in the companies hands.
let me qualify my view by saying that I have invested more money than I can afford to lose and maintain my standard of living in the RVX ZENE group and I will not put any more money into buying shares. even at 63 cents I simply will not pour money that I do not have into buying shares.
conversely I have enough belief in the science that I would not sell any of my current holdings even at $2.50. I believe that it is worth much more than the $2.50.
I also do not believe that CRA is going to bother anyone who has used a reasonable process to move shares into a TFSA and has gotten their broker to agree to move them at a price the broker feels comfortable with.
