Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:Hey Prof

RE:RE:Hey ProfI dont know why but ACB did us a favor by lowering the expectation for this earning.. Otherwise everybody was too optimistic... Lots of issues at roll out and I wouldnt be suprise we get a revenue around 25 million. I think HC approval, rebuttal and possiblh a JV is more important. With a run today, it is a tough decision by Aphria management to whether release the rebuttal or not. We want a solid run after rebuttal. They need to see if they can run it tomorrow or not..

Vic will be gone and earnings will be okay but not great. They will probably meet or fall just below analysts expectations. I'm just being honest so don't attack the messenger. I HOPE THAT I AM WRONG ABOUT THE EARNINGS FOR 2Q 2019.
Once again, this is due to the Canada Post strike and the disorganized state of HC that hampered all LP's for the first few months of REC. Just shameful really.
I expect to see the rebuttal this week as well. We shall see.
