1) revenue from direct MJ businesses
2) revenue from indirect MJ busineses (ancilliary)
3) revenue from direct MJ related offenses (Impaired driviing)
This is not about the health benefits for Canadians, the safety of our communitites, reducing court wait times or a change of attitude. It's about money.
I'm parking money in BLO and sitting tight.
I'd be a fool not to see that the future involves a more Police 'RIDE" checks. The race is on to find a solution to prove marijuana impairment in order to issue fines hold up in court and convert to revenue. Yes, the police have infraction issue conversion targets and reporting (the % of tickets issued that result in fine payment)
