RE:please help me understand....Berttus is bad for the copany because he got his shares as payment for his company that relivium bought out and he is trying to sell them inorder to get money for personal reasons. He has nothing against us but simply wants to more on and that is a drag on our share price. Also the optics are bad because of him owning more that 10% of the company he is considered an insider. Hope that answers your guestion
