ADUVIRI AND EVO TOGETHER FOR AN AYMARA NATION

Aduviri is a nationalist and also an Aymara native, like Evo Morales. That is the reason Aduviri first met Evo when elected for advice. Both are looking for an Aymara nation, where natural resources are controlled and belong into the benefit of the peasants. Under this perspective project like Corani, PL and others in Puno will be under political and social presure.

Aduviri as President of Puno Region has the total political control over the 110 Districts of Puno and the 950,000 voters. So he has made publicly clear, that he will play the Compulsory Consultation card, based on the protection of the indigenous and aymara rights, and doing that, will use the peasants and his political arm to take the control of the situation.

Don’t forget that Aduviri won the Presidential election on the secrecy, using his network and the media, like local radios and news and with the advice of some Bolivian nationalists. So the result of the compulsory consultation is part of his strategy for sure.
