So, bargainhunts, are you saying that there is no cost to any drawdowns made under their lines of credit?  The way that I look at it, interest on any drawdowns squeeze the margin on any mortgage streams.  I see the credit facilitities as a potential source of additional capital to invest in the mortgage streams along with their own internal capital.
