Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:WEED UP 12,50% APHA ARE NEXT!I agree with your counter points; however, I didn’t say right away.

Democrats have no choice but to run on stripping the federal law around cannabis legalization and pushing it into the hands of each state. They have no chance in 2020 otherwise, you can’t win running a resistance campaign. Trump knows this, so he’ll be prepared to do the same and remove that playing card.

Eventually, I believe there will be a deal with GGB and as you noted, navigating through the regulations will be the biggest hurdle.

Maybe you know this, but if GGB solely operates with hemp and CBD products and no THC based products, would this circumvent the regulatory law for investment purposes? This could be the play to expand the distribution platform across the US until laws change.
