Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:TSX

RE:RE:RE:RE:TSXThank you. Good answer. Shorts gonna get destroyed soon. Every single point in the short report is proven to be false.. 1- Argentina revenue is not 400k. Warehouse exists and have all necesaary licences. Aphria has moved with goverment for cultivation and has first and only import licence. 2- Jamaica is not abandon buidling. It is 16000kg/year cultivation adn retail dispensaries (3 to be up soon). 3- Columbia has all necessary licences for cultivation and 35 to 50k production target by end of year. Aphria paid 30-40 percent of what canopy paid for Columbia assets for each of the entity above. 4- asset valuation is verified by scotia, haywood, and cornmark and based on production target can be easily worth more. 5- There was no insider enriching as Vic sold all his shares in Sol before the deal at loss.

1) You need an independant 3rd party to review everything, that way we can trust it because it's not coming from the company. Anything coming from Aphria can't be trusted.

2) Third party rebuttals are useless. If it doesn't come from the company it's meaningless.

Which is it you f.ucking idiots?
