Share Price Action

Share Price ActionUnless the company comes out with some significant news releases in the next few weeks, the share price will struggle to get past $0.50 in the short term.  There was a private placement in March 2017 where more than 12M warrants were issued with a strike price of $0.50.  These warrants expire sometime in early March of this year (not sure of the exact date).  Once these are excercised or expire, the share price will start to move higher.  With the last private placement issued in December, hopefully the warrants expire and there is no additional major dilution.  Year end results weren't posted until the end of April for the last few years and first quarter at the end of May, so this will not be the catalyst to propel the stock higher in the next few weeks.  Looks like we'lll have to hold on a little bit longer before the real gains start.
