To counter your claim, look on page 11 one of their prospects. One, Sao Jorge has 1.5g/t "Near surface mineralization amenable to open pit extraction".
Also look on page 8, Key Shareholders: KCR Fund (Managed by Katusa), Sprott Global, Brasilinvest, Extract Capital, Iamgold Corp, Marin Katusa, Ruffer Gold.

The Company has 137,376,318 shares issued and outstanding. Currently, the Company has cash of $9.2 million and no debt.
