I think this is a big step and one I have been hoping for. Management credibility has been shown to be lacking at times and they have now done something about this. You can't have a good team without good leaders and they have finally recognised this and done something about it. There is now a presence within GLK that will gain them more respect within the industry. Praise where praise is due.
