Thanks highper - great input from you as usual. Your criteria sounds a lot like Detour. A single primary asset that produces 500k ozs. per year. Their costs are out of control and their board was just defeated in a proxy battle with fund manager Paulson who had been pushing them to sell the company. Paulson's slate won 5 of the 9 board seats and is in control now.
