I don't disagree with you Sunset- i'm just saying that Big Pharma doesn't usually operate this way.
In addition, assuming you're long the stock, it would be preferential for ACST to hit some positive milestones (eg. a European distribution agreement) before a take out- much better to get a premium bit when the stock is at $3.50 vs here at $1.10.
