When a company is issued with a CTO, and doesn't quickly take action to remove it, there's a problem.  In this case, the CTO's lasted for years, and there really doesn't seem to be any hope it will ever trade in Canada again.  The company doesn't appear to care.  For some reason, the US over the counter market continues to allow trading in this company, but the reality is that Genoil is not a "going concern" operation.  It is defunct.  With the stock not trading for a few days, all that someone needs to do is post the SEC stop trading thing, and all of the active "investors" actually take it seriously.  That confirms that even those people believe this company is nothing more than phantom.  As for referring to Americans as idiots, well they elected Donald Trump as their leader, so . . . yes, . . . the "majority" of Americans are now confirmed as "idiots".
