Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:Shout out to dilanp15!yep, If I were Aphria I would be going to several companies and giving them an offer they can't refuse for a stake in the company. For me I prefer an equity stake at $13 then a slow rise to $30, over hostile takeover for $15. I am assuming Aphria is doing this.

I'm completely fine with Diageo getting a discount on an initial buy-in as a defensive move and send us on the right track. Completely willing to overlook an enquity investment only at $13 instead of $16+. I think Aphria should be approaching and making the offer.
