an arranged trade?

For a stock that has very little volume, it was surprising to see 122,000 shares sold at .30 at 10.00 am eastern time using TD Waterhouse.

Evidently someone wanted out, and these shares were picked up without crashing the stock.

I thought that that was quite remarkable.
