I believe that this was released late November (please correct me if I am mistaken). Vodis has not done well with the HC licensing, but hopfully they are close. I am also concerned with the lack of performance from the Washington business model. While it looked like there was some potemtial there, it does not appear to be very successful.

We will be submitting our evidence package early next week. The Delta facility meets all of the requirements that HC has outlined and its ready to begin operations once granted a license. We are adding a few last min cosmetic touches which will be completed by this today (deadline the contractor has given). Our VP of Engineering will be working all weekend to finalize the EP for submission sometime next week. 

 

Keep in mind timelines are tough to predict when dealing with the Government as they move at a snail's pace. Once we submit the EP to HC for review, I've heard that the review takes 2 to 6 weeks before you get a response. If HC comes back with an approval, we are granted our cultivation license. The other scenario is that they come back with some deficiencies that they what us to address. We are very confident that we will be granted the license, we have been at this a very long time! David Hyde (https://www.davidhyde.ca)  and his team will be reviewing our package before we submit it. David is an expert in Cannabis regulation and compliance. Once the cultivation license is granted, we will need to grow for 2 crop cycles (avg 150 to 170 days) have it tested by HC and if we pass those tests we will be granted the sales license! Then we can finally begin supplying our product to the market :-)

Once again, this is all I can disclose and I can't give you exact dates. This is a rough timeline give or take a week, given nothing unforeseen with contractors or pre-review consultants stalls us. Keep in mind that it could happen, but we are so near the end that it wouldn't be a long-term stoppage. The heavy lifting has been done.
