Hobbling Ascot as a local competitor is good business since skilled labour will be tight in such a small community so some will be enticed to leave. Pretium is a lower cost producer with much better capital access with economy of scale potential. IDM anf the other smaller resource holders might be better off carving a merger deal if they are actually trying to benefit shareholders rather than pursue another dirty Sprott dealing and be picked off one by one. A fair deal is all we ask for here on exchange for our money and trust. Vote NO. Kick this board out.
