But once the rules are set up.You can't change them within 24h.All the exemples you gave me are right.But the rules didn't changed,or where not set up.Huge difference.Ford set up new rules.He let LP's and comp invest in leases and renovation to prepare.And he changed the rules within 24h of accepting applicants.And this is ok with you?lol.As much as you like to hate ISH,you have to admit there is room for a lawsuit.
