I think Just a little easy money for the government... 59,069 people entered times $75 dollar fee equals a whole lot of free money ($4,430,175) for them and that’s just the start. Next is more fees ($6,000 licence fee and a $50,000 line of credit) for these winners that think they can pull off getting a store off the ground in such a short amount of time before the government starts taking ur line of credit and then kicking you out for the next winner in line and so on till they find the good ones with everything in place. The government loves taking our money and finds all kinds of new ways to do it. It’s just slowing down the process for us investers on the grow side. JMHO
