He also referred that by American Thanks giving that he may something in reference to a deal completed. The town of Leamington supported Vic and his vision for Aphria, Aphria also has many good and loyal emplyees who's morale was affected by all of this. yet, they hung in there and supported him. Those are the people with the real expertise, who should be recognized for their accommplishments. Those are the people that we hope will continue to support Jakob. If the Aphria talent pool is able to overlook what has happened these last few months and give Jakob the support he needs to sort out this mess, then Aphria, will do just fine. I can't say if Jakob will be given the CEO position, but, I for one would be willing to give him the oppotunity. I actually believe he has way more to offer as a CEO, and has a higher level of professionalism than Vic ever had. I believe that Aphria will be just fine. I also believe that Vic's departing will open and reopen the doors for more positive negotiations with previous and future suitors. I actually feel that this divorce was necessary, and I am breathing a sigh of relief. Now, this part will seem cold, and I will get flak for this comment. If you sold your shares, that is on you. The market is not for the weak. If you paniced and got shaken out, you made that decision. An un-realised loss becones realised when you sell. And that my friend's is the name of the game. Patience, is rewarded. If you buy stocks on margin that is a sure setup for failure. Warren Buffett nevers buys positions using someone else's money. That is a double hit that is almost impossible to get back.
Jakob will need a few months to sort things out, so the investor's that have hung in there, we will need to give him some time. Things, will happen for sure, but, the timeline may not be to our liking. Again, your patience will be rewarded. To all the Aphria employees and Jakob I wish the best and good luck. For Vic and Cole the next AGM i hope you will be voted out.
