The whole gold sector just seems so depressed with not a lot of interest from retail anymore Just my opinion. Goldcorp just gets taken out at only an 18 per cent premium to  a very depressed share price. And for some reason, it was public knowledge that it was being looked at by Newcrest and then ultimately Newmont. Keith is doing no good to our share price by running Coregold like a private company with no updates, no news, ultimately not keeping any interest in Coregold.  Not saying to compare, but Yamana just gives a production update, ahead fo it's earnings in Feb. Can't blame the speculative money from jumping on cannabis stocks, etc, with their wild price swings. It seems to have replaced the junior mining sector as the place to put your funny money to work. And it is actually very similar. The small junior pot stocks want to build up a resource to get taken out by larger senior cannabis stocks. The small junior miners with their moose pastures want to drill a resource to attract larger senior miners. Hopefully if no news or updates before VRIC or PDAC someone, if attending, can maybe get some answers. glta
