The Diageo connection.

Since the first annoucement that Vic and Cole were stepping aside and their positions filled by a couple Diageo guys, there hasn't been any more news about this Diageo connection.
What are these guys doing there unless Diageo is going to make a deal with Aphria? Share price should be 20% higher now, or am I missing something here?
