Gold X Mining Corp. is a Canadian junior mining company developing the Toroparu Gold Project in Guyana, South America. Nobody wants to ditch anything...F.G. just bought another 1M shares @ $0.22 late last year and 4M @ $0.25 on the last PP...If you look at Sandspring's Corporate Presentation, they are now at the stage looking to finance this thing into production...Obviously, they want the stock price to reflect the fundamentals before doing this...Nothing nefarious here...Your imagination leads you in the wrong direction...
