Primary Symbol: PHO

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ OMX US Water IndexSM (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index seeks to track the performance of companies that create products designed to conserve and purify water for homes, businesses and industries. The underlying index may include common stocks, ordinary shares, American depositary receipts (ADRs), shares of beneficial interest and tracking stocks. The fund is non-diversified.

RE:RE:Good Business Move and the SP Drops.It's a dsitribution agreement not sales, actual sales would drive the stock price higher.  It did bring stock up 6 cents or so which is about 5%.  because of the large drop in price we are going to get a few sticking points on the way up as people take profits, the stock was stuck below a dollar for a awhile people will be taking profits on the way up.

It will be interesting to see if they bought back additional shares after the new NCIB which should be a catalyst and like Mervin said a big catalyst will be a new CEO.  The large macro trend of the semi conductors is turning around and will really need to continue to get back to a 1.50+ stock price.
