Apologies if not clear, absolutely not new people needed in the company, my god, I love what these guys are doing, this is a great story and (I believe) has massive potential from here. 

What I meant is, we need new shareholders, the buying has to start happening from elsewhere, the story has to get into others hands.

Like you, only a humble opnion on my part, but these latest announcements on top of the restructuring over the last few years, etc etc.  I believe business is about management, management and then management and I think we have great management in BQE.
