All to keep himself on the helm? How that worked out for him? Anyway, he is out and we dont have much choice going forward.. Take over bids gonna come and it would be hard for Aphria to counter them at this point. A 5:1 offer from Tilray will get the majority vote if presented. At one point it is a bad deal but if we look at bigger picture, the new entity have, in 5:1 case, close to 150 million shares. It is fair to say the combined entity is clear winner in the game and should be atleast in par with Canopy evaluation which is close to 20 billion. If we minus the cash from market Cap, then we have 15 billion in Stock value.. So 100 dollar a share for combined Aphria-Tilray is easily justifyable... For that reason, I will vote yes to 5:1 and 4:1 deal with Tilray..

I am very sorry. Sadly, these stories are endless! I know of 72 year old lady in North Van that has serious health issues because of this but there are many others that have been needlessly decimated as well.
All Vic had to do was listen to the majority of the APHA BOD and pull the trigger at $22 during a hot market and we're easily selling in the high $20's, low $30's.
It's a tragedy that has hurt many people so people need to realize that Vic Neufeld is an awful self serving person! How so? He didn't want the Altria deal to go through because he knew they would turf him to the curb and replace him with a GLOBAL CEO!
HE CHOSE POWER OVER HIS FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILTY TO THE SHAREHOLDER!!!

I had one really BAD day ,, the one when the short report was released (or the day after) where I admit I really should have seen a counsellor,,. No joke.
