LOL - in terms of risk vs reward I think the following was a better scenario for debenture holders.................  

Accept PIK interest in March
Preserve seniority ahead of common equity.

The above achieves exactly the same result as this absurd rather charitable situation.............  Deferring interest costs to the company but delaying loss of seniority.

Sheep do what sheep do................  Lets see these great offers materialise.

Fortress has been great - averaged 40 cents on the dollar on both series.  I always look for insider ownership and have a chat with the CEO  - so surprised Zargon debs have received the shaft in this manner.............  

I can't wait to eat humble pie when the big offer for the ND assets is revealed next week!  ROTFLMFAO....................
