You're also forgetting the fear of a Canadian operation owning USA divisions in the cannabis space. All the major principals risk being banned from the US for life if they get caught going across the border to do business. (or not even to do business.. but being an owner of it)

I guess that's what Skype calls are for.. But not being able to go to your hard assest to look and touch to me also creates issues with all key management in Canada, owning these US divisions.
