RE:press releaseSo bank assessed the deal after making the deal?! Doesn't make sense. The deal was assessed before being presented. Fabrizio thought he could screw urthecast for demoting him by quitting. If you are urthecast and you know that this is your only lifeline they wouldn't do anything to default. Obviously they didn't feel this way. Plus now they are probably making a better deal with another bank in New York through Piegza, Shannon or Vore, all with ties to investment banking.
